For today´s post I have chosen fashion show by design house Alberta Ferretti. I have to say I was a little surprised to see it presenting a collection on the haute couture show because the word is mainly about pre-a-porter luxurious house but I have to say they did an amazing job.
First of all the main and big highlights were defenitely finges, fringes and more fringes. These texturizing motive gave the collection very playful touch making amazing sensations when the models were walking down the runway striking the perfect peek-a-boo effect.
All of that was combined with gold-ish embroidery features on sheer dresses which gave the ensembles very delicate touch. That only accentuated more the femininity of the collection. Of course, talking about glamorous haute couture we can not avoid the silky materials which were displayed on big and voluminous dresses giving the big couture drama moment.
The colors were very light, with powdery shades featured, blue, hint of grey and of course, black. The spectrum wasn´t so wide and that makes the collection very stylistically perfectly collide. These delicate and gentle colored dressed were a little bolded in form of flat suede moccasins. This detail gave the collection more loosed up and rusty touch.
Make up was natural with goldenly highlighted skin, with shimmer drama on the eyes and juicy gloss story on the lips. Hair was falling in soft waves giving that famous unfinished touch, a thing which was often to be seen ih thise year´s fashion week.
This collection was a dream. It really blow my mind and it was beyond any expectation. I think there is something more refine when woman is designing for women. Only she can understand and demonstrate the fine female art and this collection was a well embellished proof!
