Romantic and slightly decadent! With these words, the latest Valentino Spring/Summer 2018 Resort Collection could be described. Boosted with light materials like silk, with light vivid colours like fuchsia, coral or navy blue, this collection was a real epiphany and hymn to summer dressings.
With already mentioned vibrant colours tastefully arranged, the constant highlight of this collection were geometric lines printed on the materials or in featured in the shape and forms of the ensembles. This visual constant was there to give richness to the whole visual concept and style.
Of course, there were plenty of mini-dresses, long airy midi-dresses, light and fluent coats and blouses with casual imperative. This collection has shown a new face of Valentino, the fresh and cool one. With impeccable elegance as always, it offered the best of resort wear.
