LET´S PLAY FASHION BY KATE SPADE

If you want to sense the typical New York City vibes in terms of fashion then you should definitely try something by Kate Spade´s design. Her playful nature when approaching the design has become her signature sign and it has transferred successfully into the accessories, a.k.a bags. This same witty and playful twist could be sensed in the Kate Spade New York Spring/Summer 2017 Resort Collection.

Very wearable pieces with a huge amount of classic details and forms were displayed in this collection presented in the form of the editorial edition. Most items were dresses, midi or mini with the fluent and flowy shape. Mentioning that, the textures were in the light sphere, like chiffon, silk or organza. The simplicity of classic design was interrupted with already mentioned IT pieces, for which the Kate Spade label has been known for; the bags.

Bags by Kate Spade deserve their own post, for sure! And here they were shown in mini sizes with a huge coloristic boost. Vibrant shades with printed surfaces, or white and black design solutions but with very interesting, and for Kate Spade so typical, twisted design in origami alike deconstructed animal forms. This whole accessories´ story was rounded up with golden or black lacquered flats. This collection has offered the playful and gorgeous game of dressing up showing how with classic and original pieces style can be authentic and still fashionably appealing!
