As we slide into the summer, the most exciting and amazing time of the fashion year is ahead of us. The Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris. The couture collections were already presented and one of them is, and by which I will open with the Couture Week, is the latest Schiaparelli Autumn/Winter 2017 Couture Collection presented yesterday. This high fashion Italian brand with the location in the fashion capital, Paris, has always been the epitome of vibrant prints and playful approach to the fashion, even if it was the word about haute couture.
The playful side of Schiaparelli was on the sight in this collection. The geometric, puzzle alike prints, a mixture of coloristic cohesions on the fabrics. Oh, talking about the fabrics; the lightweight layers of chiffon and silk in the form of wearable ensembles with the imperative on motion, this collection offered the perfect elegance of haute couture.
The bond between wearable forms, which were accentuating the hourglass silhouette, and the easy and lightweight choice of materials, have made this collection gentle and whimsical. Dreaming about the winter in the snowy fairytale with huge contemporary implements in the body of vibrant but refined prints. Once again the house of Schiaparelli has shown us the imaginative side of the fashion, which was still wearable, non-pretentiously stunning and dazzling! What more could we asked from haute couture?!
Do you like this collection?
Thank you for the attention!
