NEW YEAR´S EVE STYLE IDEAS #1: ROCK CHIC

So as we count down the last days of 2017 the inevitable questions about the New Year´s Eve style are popping out. So in these latest three post in this year, I will give three style ideas hoping that they will ease a little bit your struggles. Let me just say that the New Year idea is ok when we talk about the new chapter on our calendars. Remember that every day is a New Year if you want to make some changes, some goals or chapters. But let us stay in this first domain, the calendar one. And if you are celebrating it then you are probably want to look your best, right!


OUTFIT:
The first idea that I personally think is very cool and not so much classic in the New Year´s Eve concept is the Rock Chic one. This style is the perfect one for the girls that like to stand out, who are cool but still love to look glamorous but in the edgy and fun way. The faux leather pants in the shiny texture could be the initial item that you will need for this look. You can then upgrade it to the more chic ensemble with the romantic white blouse, the cool jacket on the naked skin, the casual tee or lace one but in more conservative cut. The glam note you can add in the form of the strappy sandals or sleek over-knee boots. Just remember they need to be classic and without any extravagant details on them.

 MAKEUP:
Because the total ensemble is more on the cool side of the style you need to boost it up and give it a little glam drama. And the best way for that is by light smokey eyes. If you are brave enough you can add to that the red lipstick too. If you are not so secure when the word is about the smokey eyes the easiest but the most glamorous is the one by Charlotte Tilbury! She is the guru of the glamorous smokey eyes and her looks are really not so difficult to recreate. If you add to it the red lips go with the vinyl texture, just the one of the faux leather pants one. Avoid the matte textures, they can look drain on you and we do not want that, right!

HAIR:
This look is very cool and extravagant. But why not go all the way and make it totally glamorous with the shiny wet hair look. The sleek texture combed away from the face is the perfect canvas or frame for the dramatic makeup on the face. And this look goes amazingly with the whole rock chic theme. It is really easy to recreate. If you have the curly hair make sure that the front pieces are sleek and the rest of the hair can be wavy but make sure to give them a high shine too!

I hope this style suggestion will make a little bit easier on your struggles about the New Year´s outfit. This is just my vision, you can add your flavor or touch. As in each style, you need to feel comfortable but you can go out your comfort zone a little bit and what a better occasion for that then the New Year´s Eve party!
