In the latest Pre-Fall 2018 Collection, the romantic mode is on the highest level but this time with the little twist. The secret this time is in the turning to the more exotic style in the form of the Japanese culture. As everything in Erdem aesthetic point of view, the Japanese twist was in the details and refined design. The more sleek and sharp cuts which were on the side at the Japanese side of the design, the kimono alike dress with the wide waistlines in the modern geisha mannerism, the micro-fine prints alluring at the architecturally structured gardens of Tokyo.
The more statement bold were sweaters and tops with the prints and logos in Japanese paired with the midi-dress. The dress is definitely a favorite item of the Erdem, the perfect epitome of their vision in style and design. And here we have the perfect display of them brought in the light and easy tones. The flowy textures have gone side by side with the whole Japanese lightness and simplicity but in Erdem style way.
The connection of the two cultures in which one has inspired the other has been in this collection in the finest mode. The hints of Japanese tradition incorporated in the already known style codes of Erdem has inhaled the new way of design by this British fashion house. Contributing to the new style directions of Erdem making exciting for us, the fashion fans, the future of their design!
