The dresses which are the trademark of Chloe, which was layered under the robust knitwear, in Natacha Ramsay-Levi case they were flowy and freely presented. The mixture of the light fabrics of them in the combination with the heavier and sculpted Fall items like the jackets or sweaters was the main leading line in the Ramsay-Levi design. The hidden seductive notes were taken from the new perspective in the form of refined cuts on the waistline. This peek of the nude skin in the colder season was that new detail which has brought the pure feminine beauty into the Chloe spectrum.
Being the French label Chloe has been always emerging the nonchalant elegance. The looks from this collection at the first might appeal a little too casual but if we look closely into the details we will see the fine and rich skill art which could be seen as the innovation of the new style by Chloe. Of course, the It piece which has become a trend-setting piece are the bags, from the voluminous tote ones to the classic Chloe clutches.
This collection was the breeze of fresh air alike. With the unpretentious design, the mellow and warm earth colors and tones, the master skills of the layerings was in this collection on the highest note. With the little but bold design interventions which were more on the experimental side, like the tiny embellishment´s details, mini-ruffles or statement jewelry incorporated into the clothing pieces, this collection was a bold and brave statement of the new designer Chloe. And we can not wait what Natacha Ramsay-Levy will do next!
