There were tons of celebrities that had their fashion line. In most cases, they were not so successful and didn´t survive the next season. But in all of those names, one stands out with constant success on the fashion scene. The word is about Victoria Beckham. She has made her love and passion for fashion into the really remarkably good fashion business. Like every beginning, the start of her fashion/designer journey wasn´t amazing. Most of the fashion public scene didn´t have the understanding for her design but with time and Victoria´s persistence (and money, no doubt that) Victoria Beckham has become the IT name of the fashion scene.
The good and great things about her style sense could be seen in her latest Spring/Summer 2018 Ready to Wear Collection. What is here important to say is that, if you are the fashion connoisseur, Victoria Beckham hasn´t tried to experiment with style and design until yet. She has nourished simple and clean style with clean cuts, more monochrome ensembles and with classy but very sophisticated elegance. This was the wise move because it showed that Victoria Beckham will rather show quality and tailoring skills brought to minimalistic touch. But this time she has decided to be braver and to infuse the pastel colors in her design.
What catches the eye are the textures of the fabrics. They are much more refined but complex and heterogenic at the same time. The see-through nylon alike pieces featured on the dresses bringing out the light lavishing silhouette to the life. The sleek silhouette is here on the move too, but the voluminous hints are just simply adorable and on the purest chic notes.
The gorgeous coats with stunning tailoring details are the fresh and innovative steps in the latest design by Victoria Beckham. The deep champagne coloristic solutions of this items have taken a stunning and elegant spin to the already known and existing VB aesthetic. Or the all monochrome strong red dresses. They were that coloristic fuel that Victoria Beckham has had little presumptions in her design. But they were amazing and they have looked like the brave twist of classic chic.
Everything in this collection was easy going. From the silhouettes, from the fabrics and textures, easy and light colors with simple accessories like the mini bags or the big ones. The beauty was on the natural side. Nude faces with natural eyes, brows, and lips with the accents on the skin. The gentle coloristic show was enough for the clothes so the faces were kept clean and fresh.
This collection was the most refined and free of all collections Victoria Beckham has designed. The more complex side of the cuts, as well as the colors and details, have proved that she has become the relevant name on the fashion scene with the reason. And we need to congratulate her for that!
Do you like this collection? Do you think that Victora Beckham style has evolved to the higher stage? Which pieces do you find the most appealing?
Thank you for the attention!
