FASHION AQUARELLES BY GIORGIO ARMANI

For some reason, the Spring/Summer collections in the latest few seasons have looked more like they were focused on the night and glamorous ensembles with the imperative in the high chic and high elegance. The sleek and smart silhouettes were a total must so the fact that the current fashion focus is in the more loosed up approach with the airy and flowy textures and forms which is more alternated for an elegant daily quotidian dressing seems like fresh and neo-vintage.

This kind of the spirit was kept in the latest spring/Summer 2019 collection by Giorgio Armani. For someone who is known for the aesthetic that was brought up under the more minimalistic point of design approach and view with the sharp edges and silhouettes, the softness and easy-going flow in the forms is something that Giorgio Armani has found himself. And he is doing an amazing job, no doubt to that. The softness not just in the cuts but in the textures as well as in the colors, this collection has definitely had that feeling like it was part of the aquarelle with the maritime theme and imperative of showing the stylistically perfect day beside the beach.

The light silver looks that have been presented as the opening looks have had a high romantic moment. With the lightness of the satin fabrics paired with the interesting nylon features that could be considered as the cute rain-sun coat. The effortless beauty of the skirts and blouses which in most cases were boosted with the romantic ruffles and waves just to give the visual excitement into the whole story. The very cool and modern, contemporary was the outfit themed with the nylon see-through transparent trousers in the whole monochrome pink. This edgy spin could be considered as another innovative approach that corresponds with the imperative of the young recipients´ expectations.

The very beautiful pieces were left for the very end. The sea blue dresses paired with the fringes on the top, the chiffon scarf around just to boost the romantic drama. The light shining embellishments were there to top this whole summer fashion story that included the easy and casual feeling pieces but with the huge Armani elegance potential. The vintage spirit was kept in hair and makeup just to give this whole picture the full high artistic note! And this collection really feels like the piece of the Monet painting, serene, stunning and simply magnificent. Or simply in the fashion words said, Giorgio Armani!

NEW SUMMER STORY BY GIAMBATTISTA VALLI

Some designers have been nourishing the high and by the elegance boosted visions in their work. The glamorous and the red carpet worthy ensembles have become a must, and especially today when the fashion is coming come when the spirit of the dressing-up have become an imperative the fashion houses that love and adore high glam are definitely in the big loop and under the most interest of the fashion fans and the consumers.

Giambattista Valli is the designer that loves fashion, that loves that high chic glamour. And he presents it very well and every time with something new, with something that Valli consumers will fall in love about and make them eternal Valli lovers. The collection for Spring/Summer 2019 was in the same range and visual niche. But Valli would not be so great and amazing if his work would not have that remarkable spin and something new and fresh. With this collection, the vision of summer dressing has gone into the more simple and low key elegance but still so refined and pure elegance.

The more approachable twist was definitely kept in the form of the opening look. The clear lined and simply cut Valli version of the "Le Smoking" with the jersey and chiffon underneath have established what this collection was all about. The simplicity was kept not just in the cuts (the absence of the famous ruffles almost in the couture mannerism was felt strongly) but in the coloristic range too. The famous vibrant mono-coloristic solutions were kept here almost in the low-key niche. Only one dress and that was in the pink tone, has had the allusions of the famous Valli style. Everything else was easy going and easy mellow-toned kind of approach.

The chiffon as a texture, the nominal one was here in the first place too. The mini-ruffles were here kept in the level of the cute summer dress nothing too exaggerated or driven to an extreme. The micro-prints that reminded us more on the Oriental kind of vibe, the elegant arabesques were that extra touch, that innovation in the Valli design for the next season. Plus plenty of whites, of nudes and light nudes. The simplicity was here kept but still, the elegance factor was satisfied, no doubt to that.

This collection has had the new edition to the Valli style. There were ruffles, there were vivid prints, not so many vibrant colors. The spirit of the high elegance that was re-defined for the new and youth fans and buyers. Yet, the spirit of Valli was kept in the refined notes of the airy and big "Spiritus Movens" in the motion, the Valli silhouette was here on the perfect summer spin, with the glamorous but yet approachable aesthetic! We love it, and simply adore it!

"SMELLS LIKE VINTAGE SPIRIT" BY GUCCI

Gucci has been going through the style and the aesthetic swirls lately. The cut that has been made by the entering of Alessandro Michele has been extreme, yet still so artistic and something that Gucci needed just to refresh the style and design mojo. This step was so influential not just in the aesthetic sense but in the perspective and the spirit of the entire brand. The label which was all about sleek chic and conscious dressing with Michele has entered into the totally new level of the visuals that are so heterogenic, dynamic and unpredictable.

The one thing that could be considered as the constant in this everlasting visual "Spiritus Movens" is definitely the vintage approach. There is anything that Alessandro Michele can´t incorporate in only one collection. And, still, all of that looks fresh, exciting and new with the well thought and realized style vision. The same case was with the Spring/Summer 2019 Ready To Wear collection. The simulacrum and the mixtures of the "Epoques", the 70 and 80s, the disco vibes, the Victorian archaic twist to it, the glitters, the wide shoulders, the flowy silhouettes, the origami sculpted forms. All of that was presented giving us the pure WOW effect, with no side-effects or jaded feelings.

When you see this kind of vintage collage you want to see more and more. Because underneath that vivid and edgy formula, if we take a closer look, we can notice the stunning pieces. Like the well-cut suits, amazing by prints and GG logo boosted blouses, stunning dresses glamorous enough but yet so classy and utterly gorgeous. The maneuver of Michele is definitely not to be liked instantly. His design requires and asks for the more careful and attention purely because there are some pretty amazing not just items but aesthetic stories that push our perception´s boundaries made out of the already known and seen. In the literature, we could say the word is about the neo-modernism. And here too, in the fashion sense, alluring at the great classics of the fashion and building them into the new concept!

This collection has shown the nature of the fashion in its pure way. You know how people say, fashion always and constantly takes the old stuff and makes the new ones. Well, here we have the exact example of that, with the artistically high voltage that goes even beyond the pure clothes and the fun of dressing up.

TAKE ME TO THE BEACH BY EMILIO PUCCI

Some fashion houses really know how to make the statement touch in the design area. Pucci house is sure one of them. When you think about the colorful prints, delicate but luscious textures, easy approach to the cuts but still so chic and elegant. All of that has been the concept of Pucci and we need to say successfully. The same thing was in the latest Spring/Summer 2019 collection. The aspect of the beach, the casual brought to the highest level of the class. That was all on the fleek and the perfect fusion.

One thing that comes as the dictation when the word is about Pucci are definitely the fabrics. The silky the better. That is the motto. And here we have had the silky ways through the whole collection with the few interruptions in the form of the more cashmere textures in one outfit. This low key and light-motion effect asks for the vibrant and coloristic prints, the something what Pucci has been known about. The all soft pink ensemble with the fusion of yellow and orange, that was the first outfit of the collection. The asymmetric cut on the wide silhouetted blouse on the top of the same fitted skirt with the high cut on the side. This ensemble right here could be the perfect beach outfit for those fashionistas who nourish the delicate and refine style but still love the cozy effect that comes with that!

The playful and in the beach mode was definitely the interesting look made from the colorful pearls, the skirt, and the bra/bathing suit: The step from the beach zone to the more daily wear with this one could be considered as the tricky move. But this composition shows only the playful and edgy nature of the label Pucci. The high and elegant imperative was brought in the form of the simple deep cut dress in the shape of the stylistic pareo. The real summer jam in the coloristic sense was definitely delivered in the form of the kaleidoscope horizontal stripes paired with the soft pink, again, shorts. The yellow sleek strap a.k.a belt was there to glorify the beauty of the summer dressing!

For those who like the more simple and not so vivid approach in the colorful sense, there were the black and white pieces. The cute blazer and the mini dress in the same print have really kept the high elegance and polished approach to the costumers who like the pure classic. The total eye-stopper was the dress with the bandage on the front. With the deep cuts on the sides, this could be the potential amazing outfit for the night out. To keep that nocturnal summer tone the sleek silhouetted top with the cut-out stripes and the asymmetrical dress cut high on the side!

This collection has everything the style for summer one fashionista needs. It has the cozy effect, the glamorous one, the elegant one too, the youthful on also. With the cool cuts and happy Pucci prints, you are definitely set to be the style star of every beach or beach-party or party! The instant chic is here, no doubt to that!
