Johanna Ortiz has been established fashion name if you are on the search for the pure feminine design and vibes with the high dose of the multi fine prints and cuts. This Columbian designer has her favorite item that she creates the whole fashion story, and let we just say successfully, and that is the dress. In the era of the all-around-presented casual spins in the fashion mainstream, the decision to be occupied by the imperatively looking the very romantic and classic piece of clothing is definitely a brave thing. And indeed every collection brought by Johanna Ortiz is the "Fiesta" of the high feminine style that can be rocked in each occasion.
The same juxtaposition was in her latest collection. It was a big thing for Johanna Ortiz because it was her first Pre-Fall collection. This collection was the pure festivity of the feminine beauty that has kept the Ortiz vibes but yet looked fresh and innovative. The innovation was kept definitely in the prints. The previous collections were more in the all-one-color kind of case. This time the prints were brought in the earthy tones with the huge traditional Columbia whisp that has corresponded perfectly in the matchy-matchy of the editorial layout of the background. The forms were typically in Johanna Ortiz style, the mini ruffles addition on the top of the easy-wearing dresses.
There were the more casual notes to it all, the pencil skirts paired with the plaid shirt. The white and light brick orange combination has really undertoned the mellow tone to this whole fashion story. The more sand alike shades were in this collections the new thing. And these dresses with the few interruptions in the white and all-black were meant to be worn on a daily base. In the offer of the night wearing the original Johanna Ortiz style has kicked off. The vibrant colors like green or violet or fuchsia with the big layered ruffle on the skirt just to give it the right high romance boost to the night glam. With the totally summer occasional sandals, this collection has that Indian Summer kind of approach; the nostalgic but brought in the chic mannerism.
This collection was the premiere of what the vision of Pre-Fall collection looks like if you ask Johanna Ortiz. She has stayed true to her design code but yet has brought some innovative motives, like the deeper and muted colors and wee-thought-through prints combined in all of that. But yet the factor of the high feminine note was there and that is something why Johanna Ortiz design is so amazing and simply beautiful! Who could resist her aesthetic?! No one and that is the best proof of her design greatness!
What do you think about this collection? Do you like the design of Johanna Ortiz and which ensemble do you like the most?
Thank you for the attention!
