It is really hard to get out of the royal connotations when the word is about Jenny Packham. Known as The Duchess Kate favorite designer who channeled once again Packham dress leaving the hospital yesterday on April 23rd, after giving the birth of her third child. The red dress with the white collar has evocated once again the sweet (un)purpose style nostalgia for Lady Diana who has worn the similar dress after giving birth prince Harry. This fact only understates how refined and high classy Jenny Packham design is. Is that the same case when we talk about the bridal collections?!
Well, in her latest Spring/Summer 2019 Bridal Collection Jenny Packham has shown the heterogeneous approach to the bride wear leaving and exiting the traditional boundaries and giving us her sensation and picture of the modern bride. Her bride wears white, of course, in the royal alike ensembles. With the delicate chiffon and lace textures, with the high glamorous ball alike form gowns, with the glimpse of the more traditional aesthetic.
But Jenny Packham goes even further. She brings the trousers down the runway aka isle. With the sleek pencil trousers and effortlessly falling blouse on the top, she has created the modern type of contemporary bride who is high feminine, confident and strong in the attitude. Even the sparkle features were incorporated in all of this fashion story in the form of siren dresses alluring that this kind of dress would be so appropriate for the midnight newly-weeds´ dance.
This collection has everything a bridal collection needs. A little bit of tradition, a little bit of trend and experiment and a little bit of sassiness brought through the refined style easiness! What more can we ask for?!
What do you think about this collection? Do you like the concept which includes the trousers in the bridal wear?
Thank you for the attention!
