THE HARMONIZED COLLISION OF STYLE OXYMORONS BY GIVENCHY

It seems that the design by Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy has gone more upgraded than what we used to expect. The Parisian chic with the strong accents for the voluminous forms has stepped up a little further to the exploring side so that the latest collection for Spring/Summer 2020 was the simulacrum of the high definition femininity to the more loosed up casualty. And all of that with the hint of that famous "Je Ne Suis Quoi" kind of style that brings the lightness of just being fashionable!

The first look was on the urge of that. The light camel monochromatic look with the flowy high-waisted trousers and faux leather blouse. The loosed effect of the pants with the edgy choice in the texture of the leather-ish top synchronizes the pure essence of this collection. It seems like the contrast of more leisure forms with the high elegant/seductive ones has been the mimesis in the inspirational direction for Clare Waight Keller. The once again, monochromatic game, but this time in the deep green formed with the naked shoulders top and sleek midi-skirt, in again, leather texture, has given this collection that seductive boost!

If you are a fan of the more romantic a.k.a sophisticated design, then the long maxi-dresses are the perfect choice for you! The floral print that was rather on the micro side and the ballast pure one in the deep vine-red. No waist was accentuated or if it was, it was higher than the usual going side by side with the casual concept of it all!

This collection by Givenchy has been the most heterogenic than usual! The oversized effect crashing with the harmonized collision of the high-seductive note has definitely boosted the new visual spirit for this French fashion house! Far more from the usual chicness yet so confident, modern, flowy and urban!

What do you think about this collection? Which look do you like the most? Do you find interesting the whole concept of the "causal meets glamour" style?

Thank you for your attention!
