There is no bigger and the most loved fashion brand than Louis Vuitton amongst many of the fashionistas and the people who like to call themselves that way. From the famous bags and travel accessories and necessities to the whole upgraded fashion story that has definitely taken a totally new and fresh turn as Nicolas Ghesquière came to be the fashion and creative director. Maybe the logo-game has toned down but the factor of cool and off-loose chicness is definitely there and on the point! The latest Spring/Summer 2020 collection was all in that tone and even more!
The concept of polished versions of the school and college uniforms was the starting point when we talk about this collection. The first look was all in that kind of style lane, with the cute mini-pullover embellished with the shiny palettes just to emphasize the glam factor. The plaid shirt underneath gives the whole look more casual tone and paired with the high-waisted trousers that accent the hourglass silhouette makes this look a totally feminine twist that was boosted even more in the same gear concept on the top but with the ruffled mini dress on the bottom! The girlie touches were here as an imperative for the younger consumers.
But in the continuum, there were gorgeous midi-coats that were in the deep lack of serious and monochrome colors but rather with the more vibrant chromatic cohesion, from yellow and red, to the orange and light brown. The pure eye-candies were definitely in the niche of the more evening appropriate options like with the crystals embellished dress on the top of the electric yellow trousers just to give it all the non-expected touch! Or the laced combination with the opted coat on the top with the green pants! To tone it all down the last two ensembles were the gorgeous white dresses with the puffy sleeves and accentuated volume all-over it. But the mini-version gives it all a very wearable touch!
This collection was definitely something more refined and stylistically polished for Louis Vuitton! The explosion of colors as well as the textures, the combination of dresses on the trousers that looked so elegant and classy! This is definitely a beautiful one for the impeccable fashion lovers that like their style to be on the fleek yet toned down! And I applause to that!
What do you think about this collection? Do you like the style of Louis Vuitton in general? Which look do you find the most interesting one?
Thank you for your attention!
