WE ALL ARE VERSACE WOMEN!

As if you have stepped into the fashion simulacrum of the evocative prints, cuts, and models, too. Lately, Donatella Versace has been involving and including the current models´ superstars like Kendall Jenner, Hadid sisters, Emily Rajtakowski, Irina Shayk but as if she has been re-developing the supermodels´ in her runway shows, something for which her brother Gianni was known about, she has been lately inspired by the famous supermodels of the 90s era so not long ago she has included them into her show, which was so epic. This time it was the same. For the real fashion connoisseurs there Freha Beha  Erichsen and Shalom Harlow who closed up the show, they were the queens of the runways and every fashion editorial. So this fact says a lot about the philosophy of Versace. It loves to be current, on the go, but still knows and honors the stars of the models´ scene.

But let's talk about the collection. Seems like the inspiration for Spring/Summer 2019 Ready to Wear collection was the multi-printed textures. The neo-hippy vibe was definitely in the air with the vintage alike printed ornaments like stripes and flowers all mixed in one. The whole tone was not you usual Versace glam. It was much more toned down with the sleek pencil skirts and bell formed trousers. There were the mini dresses in the ultimate short edition which has had that Versace spirit but it was casually re-booted with the sports sneakers. This touch was really in the spirit of the today modern trends where the mixture of the high elegant and too sporty is a trendy imperative. For those who like full-classic-glam, there were the same micro-mini dresses with the sleek strappy heels. But don´t the leisure effect fools you! The close-up of the models' faces reveals the perfect makeup with the eyeliner on fleek and styled sleek hair.

This collection was definitely a celebration of Versace woman. It has become an integral fashion persona who knows how to build her own signature style and still be on the current trend hype. It has everything a contemporary woman wants. Whether she is young and ready to party in the club, or she likes sophisticated cocktail parties. Versace has the answer for all of them. And this time it was more elevated, more stylistically rounded and simply gorgeous. Just like the promenade of the models. They, (we) all fit into the Versace vision and isn´t that inclusive nature of Versace just simply stunning and admiring worthy?! Surely, yes!
