Couture for everyday! This could be the aesthetic nature of Mary
Katrantzou design. She likes to create clothes that are a high fashion
magazine worthy. She likes the drama, the over bit of all, but still,
her style is very wearable and has that practical sense. Mary Katrantzou
likes to play with the textures and the colors and there is where her
secret hides. The Couture spirit, although even in the Ready To Wear
context is strong and yet so reliable and the inevitable wish of any
fashion fan and consumer!
That extremely mainstream
avant-garde touch could be seen in the latest Fall 2019 Ready To Wear
collection by Mary Katrantzou: The first look was all about the gorgeous
festivity of the fashion design. The pure fringes overload in the
all-around present yellow colored dress was definitely a pure
eye-catching moment. The lightness of the texture seemed to be
imperative in this case. The same design mannerism was caught up in the
next dress sent down the runway. This time in the orange vibrant shade.
With the ruffle attached to it in the seemingly gentle way, the star of
the collection was born!
But then the pure oxymoron
moment! The sleek and structurally built coat with the stiff form just
to give this casual item a Couture spin. And that spin was definitely in
the amazing coloristic solutions from the pink to the purple ones, and
the ruffled scarf just to give it an extra-ordinary boost! The pure
stunner was a coat, again with the sculpted but this time,
uber-voluminous nature. Worn on the naked skin to get that dress/coat
moment only undertones the extravagant spirit of Mary Katrantzou design
that is so desirable and perfect!
Do you like this collection? Which ensemble do you like the most? And what do you think about Mary Katrantzou design?
Thank you for your attention!
