ECLECTIC COUTURE TO GO BY MARNI

The eclectic approach to the fashion design and style has always been a tricky field. The eclecticism considers the mish-mash of the textures, colors, prints, fabrics, accessories and everything else what design in fashion stands for. To have the polished and refined style in all of this vivid visual spectacle you really need a good sense for design.

This successfully eclectic spin-off was the leading design note for the Marni Spring/Summer 2018 Ready-To-Wear Collection. The heterogenic approach not just to the cuts and forms but to the fashion editions too have brought the spectacular collection to the life. By this I mean the mixture of Ready to Wear and Haute Couture. The high fashion or Couture was in the forms. The voluptuous and sculpted volume in the silhouettes was very experimental and avant-garde, the features that are more often to see in the context of the Haute Couture.

The next level that has made this collection so amazing was already mentioned an eclectic approach to it. In the sea of colors and textures, the truly astonishing was the prints´ blocking. The more vibrant the better could be the main motto for this part of the collection. Flowers on the top of plaids, vivid colors full with red, orange, pink, green, electric blue. The fur textures on the top of the silky dresses. These were really the widest range of the textures which looked so refined and simply stunning.

But this eclectic game has not stopped on the clothes. The hair and makeup were on the point with the experimental and not average approach too. The nude faces interrupted with statement eyeliner game in the different colors of which the most were in blue and green. Wett and sleek hair was the perfect round-up top of this stunning collection which had so many inspiring facets and looks. The Couture flirt was definitely worked for Marni inviting the modern woman to step out her comfort style zone!

What do you think about this collection? How do you like the combined textures and the mixture of the cuts and forms? Do you like the Couture spirit in it?

Thank you for the attention!
