One thing what is common for Blumarine is that is purely seductive but with gentle approach and with pure feminine touch. There are plenty of designers that nourishes that kind of style but there is something very original in Blumarine style design and that is the new and modern feminine romanticism. Very wearable but highly luxurious pieces in forms of dresses with outstanding coats in "marine blue" and other soft colors, plus youthful whisps in form of ripped jeans and printed t-shirts, all of that could be seen in Blumarine Autumn/Winter 2017 Ready-to-wear Collection.
Mini dresses made of very airy and soft materials like silk and satin in gentle and vibrant colors were the main domain of the collection. The very girlie approach could be sensed in the silhouettes and forms featured with ruffles game and big waves. The quirky touch was in the form of furry appliques, in colors of course, just to enhance the playful and quirky side of the collection.
The furry forms and deconstructed pieces were incorporated in the dresses or inputted over the collars on the coats. Oh, talking about the coat; if you want to stand out and wear not typically winter/autumn coat but more statement alike piece then you go for the one by Blumarine. It is not just lovely colored in pastels but with original style resolution.
This collection by Blumarine has showed how ready to wear can be on point, with deep feminine and romantic realizations. The simplicity of a dress just to be thrown on and go was perfectly upgraded with details like lovely waves, A-form of down parted skirts or with laced and chiffon ornaments. Very elegant and yes, with pure feminine boost!
