We all love american flavoured fashion themes; Californian bright style, New York Upper Class elegance, or sporty casual for which great America is known for! Today´s post is dedicated to haute couture inspired by America. This high end fashion isn´t so experimental like maybe british, or decadent and playful like french, but it is very elegant and feminine.

If we look closely, some of the famous names on american couture scene, like Marchesa, Oscar de la Renta or Jason Wu, they all have in common visual very clean forms without any further stylistic exaggerations. It is pure cutted design solutions, with a hint of elegance in shape of chiffon, lace or very bright colors.

American style and fashion week in general is known for its low key. You will not find any aesthetic revolution in couture but you will defenitely find stylisticly perfect fitted ensembles, very sophisticated and true embodies of celebrating woman and her strength! That is huge and honorable thing for fashion in general!
